The new Series 2 jetting machine is built for everyday performance, combining high power with a lighter, quieter, and more compact design. Fully compliant with Stage V and Tier 4 emission standards, it’s driven by a best-in-class Kubota diesel engine delivering 3000psi @ 9gpm, making it ideal for pipelines up to 300mm in diameter. Its streamlined frame and hydraulic hose reel fit easily into most small commercial vehicles, leaving ample space for tools and equipment.
Cleaner Jetting Power
Driven by a water-cooled Kubota D902 diesel engine and triplex plunger pump, the Series 2 provides reliable 3000psi @ 9gpm performance. Kubota’s E-TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System) reduces emissions and noise to meet all current environmental regulations, while a redesigned canopy further lowers sound levels. An expanded bore and stroke increase displacement without adding size, ensuring lasting durability and consistent output.
Compact and Lightweight Design
A newly developed lightweight frame enables installation in most small vans, including the Ford Transit, Vauxhall Combo, and Vivaro. The use of a heat exchanger instead of a traditional radiator cuts overall weight. Supplied with a 500-litre water tank as standard, the Series 2 can be upgraded to an 800-litre capacity for larger drainage projects.
So far I’ve had a great experience with the 2-Series. It’s proven to be reliable and although small, it’s very powerful and has cleared all the blockages that I’ve encountered.
In June 2022, Rob Barr was one of the first UK contractors to take delivery of the new-specification Series 2 for his new business venture HU12 Group. An experienced engineer, we were delighted to build and install the machine in a mid-sized drainage vehicle, which was also supplied with a 5-Channel radio remote control.
In the short time that the Series 2 has been out on the road across East Yorkshire, he has been impressed with the machine’s capabilities and road handling: “So far I’ve had a great experience with the Series 2. It’s proven to be reliable and although small, it’s very powerful and has cleared all the blockages that I’ve encountered. It doesn’t sit too heavy in the van, and even with a full tank of water, the van still drives and handles as it should.”

Single-Person Jetting Operations
Designed for one-person use, the Series 2 features an electronic push-button control panel mounted on the unit. The push-button control and 7-channel remote enhance safety when operating at a distance.
Stack Drain Jetter Systems
Andy Guest’s stack and split configurations provide a compact solution for multipurpose drainage vehicles and smaller vans. At half the width of a traditional skid-mounted jetter, these systems maintain full performance and can be controlled via the electronic panel or remote control.
Custom-Built for Every Application
The Series 2 can be tailored to meet specific operational needs. Options include stack or split builds, customised fittings, and larger or separate water tanks for extended capacity. This flexibility ensures the Series 2 adapts seamlessly to a wide range of sewer and drainage tasks.
