A LOOK BACK AT A DEFINING YEAR
This year, we have introduced a fully redesigned jetting range, unveiled our refreshed brand identity, and expanded our UK-based assembly, service, and specialist build capabilities. Throughout it all, our Keighley team continued to deliver the dependable support, practical engineering and hands-on expertise that customers have come to expect from the Andy Guest brand.
I’m also pleased to share an important step forward in our product development journey. This year has seen even closer engineering collaboration between Andy Guest and our sister company, Rioned. By combining our proven jetter designs with Rioned’s advanced manufacturing expertise, the new Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3 models will benefit from enhanced precision, consistency and innovation across the range.
Our UK team remains firmly at the heart of operations, continuing to manufacture jetting systems, manage assembly and conversion work, and serve as the main hub for parts, service and dealer support. This strengthened partnership simply allows us to draw on over 65 years of shared engineering knowledge to deliver the highest standards our customers expect.
Thank you for your continued support throughout this milestone year. I look forward to working with you as we enter the next chapter in the Andy Guest story.
— Jon Woods, Sales Manager
INTRODUCING THE NEW JETTING RANGE
Andy Guest Jetters has entered an important new phase with the launch of its redesigned jetting range. The new models deliver smarter engineering, improved performance and a more refined build, while preserving the compact, affordable and easy-to-use ethos that defines the brand. Our Keighley team continues to lead on specialist builds, assembly, vehicle conversions and support, ensuring the familiar Andy Guest service experience remains firmly in place.
SERIES 1 – START SIMPLE
The Series 1 introduces new operators and smaller teams to professional jetting with a compact, budget-conscious machine that doesn’t compromise on capability. Powered by a 20 hp Honda engine delivering 2200psi at 10gpm, it is well suited for everyday domestic and light commercial work up to 250 mm pipework.
The simplified layout makes day-to-day operation intuitive, while its low weight and small footprint help maintain payload and space inside the van. The Series 1 has proven especially popular with start-up drainage companies and fleets wanting a reliable, low-maintenance workhorse.
SERIES 1+ – POWER UP
Building on the Series 1 platform, the Series 1+ delivers a noticeable step up in performance and control for operators who need more versatility. It introduces a 24 hp Honda engine along with two performance configurations, including 3000psi at 9gpm for stubborn blockages or 2200psi at 12gpm for higher-flow cleaning.
The addition of an integrated pulsator and the eControl system provides smoother operation, enhanced feedback and more precise jetting. For operators wanting more professional features while keeping a compact footprint, the Series 1+ offers significant value.
SERIES 2 – ALL-DAY DIESEL
A long-standing favourite among contractors, the Series 2 remains the diesel choice for routine domestic and commercial jetting. It continues to run the proven Kubota D902 engine, now with improved acoustic performance thanks to a redesigned engine cover that significantly reduces noise in urban environments.
Delivering 3000 psi at 9 gpm, the Series 2 is engineered for reliability during long working days, offering durable components, easy service access, and the stability expected from a diesel jetter. It remains a dependable option for fleets focused on cost efficiency and contract work.
SERIES 3 – ESSENTIAL POWER
At the top of the range, the Series 3 brings petrol performance into the territory traditionally reserved for larger diesel machines. Retaining the 37 hp EFI engine provides cleaner running, improved fuel efficiency, and strong performance at 3000 psi and 12 gpm.
Like the Series 2, it features a full acoustic engine cover to keep noise levels low, which has become increasingly important for residential and urban operations. With capability up to 350 mm pipework and a compact, emissions-friendly profile, the Series 3 is ideal for operators who prioritise high performance without sacrificing payload or space.
EXPANDING OUR SERVICES
Alongside the development of the new product range, we also expanded the support services available to customers. Two areas saw particular growth this year: our Trade In Programme and our Operation Ready Van Packs.
Trade In Programme
The Trade In Programme made it easier than ever for customers to replace ageing, unreliable equipment with newer, more efficient jetters. Many operators used the scheme to move away from machines requiring frequent repairs, choosing instead to invest in models that reduce running costs and increase productivity.
We offer competitive valuations on both Andy Guest machines and other brands, giving customers more flexibility when upgrading. The process is fast, straightforward and can be paired with flexible finance options, allowing operators to spread the cost of a new machine while benefiting immediately from improved performance, fuel efficiency and reliability.
For many drainage businesses, trading in has become the simplest and most cost effective way to modernise their fleet.
Operation Ready Van Packs
Our Operation Ready Van Packs continued to gain significant traction this year, driven by contractors looking for a complete, turn key solution. Each vehicle is fully converted to customer requirements, ensuring operators can go straight to work from day one.
Packages include a choice of commercial vehicle, standard or stack jetters, radio remote control options and a range of ancillary equipment. Interior and exterior additions such as lighting, shelving, tube carriers and handwash systems ensure that every installation is functional, organised and optimised for real world use.
These van packs provide a reliable, professional setup that saves time, reduces installation complexity and streamlines the onboarding of new vehicles into a fleet.
