Rioned’s #WORKSAFE Campaign

Our sister company Rioned has launched the #WORKSAFE campaign to promote safe working practices in the drain and sewer cleaning industry.
Most experienced drainage contractors can share jetting horror stories or near-miss incidents that could have led to severe injuries. Despite such risks being inherent to the profession, the industry has become much safer than before thanks to a heightened emphasis on health and safety training and advancements in technology and equipment.
With this in mind, the #WORKSAFE campaign includes information, advice and resources covering key health and safety considerations for modern drain cleaning operations.
Working safely with jetting equipment
The video below covers the core aspects of safe practices when using high-pressure jetting equipment. Whilst the video focuses on Rioned equipment there are many factors common to all jetting operations.
