Maintaining the condition of essential equipment
Our team of in-house and mobile service technicians operate nationwide providing essential servicing and emergency repairs for a wide range of drainage equipment. Whilst of core work is Andy Guest and Rioned jetters, we also service equipment from other manufacturers and apply the same level of attention, expertise and service to every machine we work on.
On-site servicing and emergency repairs
Our mobile repair technicians operate throughout the country from our factory in West Yorkshire and our service centres in East Anglia and the Southwest. All servicing and repair work is undertaken by approved engineers, who can offer diagnostics and a range of solutions should you have any issues with your jetting equipment. We hold schematics for every machine and carry a full complement of spare parts and machine accessories, with our service teams equipped to repair all machine makes and models.

In-house servicing and repairs
Routine servicing and machine repairs can be undertaken in-house at our service centre in Keighley, West Yorkshire, or via our network of service agents across the UK and Ireland. Our service engineers can repair and replace parts on a wide variety of drainage equipment, from large jet/vac tankers to portable drain jetters and sewer inspection cameras. To allow customers to carry on with their day-to-day jetting tasks with minimal disruption, we also offer the option of renting one of our complete hire vehicles for a fixed and reduced price.
Jetting Equipment Refurbishments
After years of service, your jetting equipment may start to lose power, develop problems with engine components or seize completely. Replacing engines can be an expensive option, and our refurbishment service could prove a cost-effective alternative. Services range from complete engine rebuilds through cylinder reboring, pressure testing and gasket replacements. Before any work takes place, our experienced technicians will fully investigate the options available to restore the health of your equipment and provide you with a detailed breakdown of the works and costs. Whatever option you choose, you can be assured that we only use quality, reliable parts that will keep your machine running for many years to come.

Van-pack jetters
We service a complete range of petrol and diesel van-pack jetters, including other makes and older units. Servicing includes:

- High-pressure pump oil
Call-out charges
Our teams of mobile engineers and service agents are located throughout the UK to service equipment quickly and efficiently. Alongside the cost of the servicing, customers in England will be charged a travel fee depending on their proximity to our service centres.
